Future of Mod Distribution

Hello,

Today, I'm announcing a useful paper to you, especially if you're stay tuned to Modpacc updates. No, this isn't Modpacc whitepaper but contains information about different methods to solve the long-standing problem of SimCity 4 and game modding community in general: too much dependencies. Mod pack discusion about details has gone on for much to long ! Members may have there oppinion how to distribute files, creators want a respectfull recognition of their work. In between simtropolis member´s are individualy working on Mod packs or discription of it. As I see it there are now parties created:: Members-Creators versus Modpack creating members. Democraticly we can discus and vote over these issues !

Mod pack community seems to think their way forward is the only one  Members and creators like to have the freedom of how files are distributed.

Multiple choice refferendum under the members may be a sollution to hear there oppinion.

My personal preferance remains a dual system where old fashioned downloading is posible and a new system for wich one who don´t want to be bothered by instalation problems.  This may be resolved on a member profile choice option !
