the modders, we do need, but do you not think its a better idea to get more BATers before recruiting more lotters?

Hey guys. I wouldn't mind joining but I got so many projects that if I did join my work would prolly pop in only occasionally, however I got something here for ya if you want it. I have tried and tried with iLive Reader but I can't just get to work right. But anyway its one of those corner pieces. If Proairdan (sorry spelling) or Gleni could mod this, I'll let SYM Productions upload it with a description I already have in mind and BATting credits to me. Other than that its all yours if you can mod it right.

 

I have it as both a Prop and a Building, you can have both.

 

 

The idea was to make it a 2x2 Ploppable/Functional. The specs I wanted 437CS$ Jobs, and low pollution. You dont have to make Transit enabled cause if plopped correctly you can just draw a street into the back, as show in 3rd picture. Is has nightlighting only on the sign, and of course random windows. I already have a pretty amuzing description for it. and it call File Mountain, archiving and filing services. This of course if for those diagonal road connections but its better with avenues.

 

The building itself as you can see is 4x4, but the cool part comes when you make it only a 2x2 and draw your diagonal streets around it. If you want pictures in the night I can provde them for you. Also the LODs on this buildng were weird so in order for it to show in LOT Editor you need to make a 7x7 lot 1st, then scale back. Its all the LODs fault.
