What is the best (and quickest) way to track down incompatible mods?

Ello, fellow mayors. I have a problem with my game. Every time I try to load up my city, it is just a black screen with the loading wheel. It doesn't do anything (and I tested it for more than 4 hours) at all. I suspect a mod is causing it and I wanna see if that is true.

So what is the best way to track down broken mods?

So far the only way that I know of  is to disable all the mods and then enable one at a time till the problem occurs, there is also a list somewhere around here of all the currently compatible mods so far..

You can start by going through this list and see if you have any mods confirmed broken. Any mods not on the list might also be worth disabling, but I'd start with any outdated/broken ones you might have.
