FLUP Avenue UNDER RHW-6C

Hey guys,

I cannot seem to find a way to create an underpass for a Maxis Avenue UNDER the RHW-6C freeway I created in my map. I have tried everything I could find/read and I'm getting frustrated

The FLUPs that support RHW networks are actually under the Road x RHW button on the Roads menu, at the end of the TAB loop (Shift-TAB will take you to the end of the ring quickly).  A bunch of different networks are combined in some of the entries, so in addition to TABing through the options, try rotating through them with Home/End to find additional options.

Since the actual FLUP crossings (aside from the portals) have all underpass network types conglomerated on a single piece, all you'd need to do is find the RHW-6C version, and lay two of them side-by-side to line up with your underground Avenue.

this is all I get, and the RHW 6 option doesnt seem to mesh with the RHW6C system I built

It looks like you have the RHW-6S and RHW-8S versions over top in those images.  The RHW-6C version is not part of that TAB entry, but is part of the same one with the RHW-2, RHW-4, and MIS. 

Note however, that there is no RHW-8C one, as all of these FLUP pieces were developed before the RHW-8C existed.  The same is true for the RHW-3, and all of the elevated networks.  As FLUPs development in its current form is effectively dead, there are no plans to add that functionality in this form.  There have been plans for some time to completely redesign the FLUPs system, and get away from puzzle pieces, but that effort has long been stalled.
