HELP, my game is CRASHING

My game has begun crashing, first online and now offline mode. I've deleted steam and cities from my laptop and reinstalled, I've verified cache and I've removed mods. Nothing seems to work, it won't go past the paradox screen, please I need solutions

Wiped out my game 100% no mods or assets and still crashing WTF

I'm having the same problem. It gets to the Paradox splash screen and stays on that for a while until it gives me the BEX64 crash.

I tried the '--noWorkshop' / reset configuration method and the game launched, but when I went back and removed the '--noWorkshop' it crashes again.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Have you guys tried the --disableMods parameter (instead of --noWorkshop, which blocks all Workshop content)? It's probably not going to fix the issue, but it may help determine whether it's a mod or an asset that is responsible for your problems.

Also, if you google cities skylines BEX64 error, you'll find many results. One of them suggests that an update of AVG anti-virus could be the culprit (link).
If you don't use AVG, it still may pay off checking the results of the Google link I posted...
