Hi, is there a way to get a sidewalk on a smooth 45 curved avenue? I know how to make curves with the single square pieces, (roads, one-ways) but can't get the avenue to curve without using the plopping feature, thus not having a sidewalk. Thanks in advance.

You need one of two mods.

If you are using one of the supported sidewalks, then a simple texture mod will work, the most well-known of which were by Sithlrd98.

Otherwise, if you want one that adapts to whatever sidewalk mod is installed, check out the Japanese NAM Facelift Mod. Here is a link to a tutorial that explains this mod in detail and how to install it.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

Oooooor use the FLEX-curve? That one can wealthify and show sidewalks and grass. It's at the end of the "Curves" TAB-cycle in your roads menu.

If you use the Jap NAM FL mod, all of them can wealthify, so it's a nice tool. The Flex 45 Degree curve is fine, but that doesn't allow the same level of flexibility as having the 90 Degree and FAR-AVE pieces too. Since none of the Ave and most of the OWR WRC/FAR pieces have not been converted to draggable pieces, I still find a use for the puzzle pieces.
