Brown boxes on a certain zoom level

I have a confusing little problem.  For some reason only when I am on the second from furthest zoom out I get brown boxes for a certain tree.  I believe the tree is part of a prop pack...not sure which one cause it's in many lots.  For example it's in the pedestrian sidewalks lots, the 2 International Finance Center building lot, the retaining walls lots...I havn't modified any of these lots or done any unusual things to any of these files.  It is just something I have noticed in that zoom level only recently.  Anyone else have this problem or know of any reason why this is occuring?  It is not like the prop is missing cause there are no brown boxes on any other zoom level.  Weird huh?  Thankyou to anyone that might be able to help.

When scenes are render into models, there are 5 zoom levels from four directions.  For some reason that level, or direction is missing.  It could be a corrupted file, or it didn't render properly.

    Thankyou Tungston,

Sounds like you might be right about that....sounds like I will have to do some digging and try and find that particular prop and re-download it or something...too bad it is in so many BAT's. Either that or I will just have to live with it since I dont really use that zoom level too often.

hey that sounds good, this SC4Tool. I have downloaded some lots that when i start the game, i scroll down the utility, or parks/recreation menus and see the ploppable versions of them, and they have no title, it'll just say custom ploppable lot, enter description here. So after downloading so many bats, i completely lost track of what the name of these lots are to go looking for the download page to see if i can find a missing file that adds the titles to them.
will the program be able to tell me what the item name and descriptions are? And if so, where can i find this program?
    Thanks

That information, ['custom ploppable lot, enter description here'] is entered when the model is being setup in the Plugin Manager.  There is nothing you can do about that.  But you can find the names of the files that came with the download with SC4 Tools.  You may be in for the long haul trying to find them.

You might try to remove a few at a time until they stop appearing on the menu.

Why the boxes? Why not just black or grey?

The game just puts boxes in when there is nothing to go there.
