Hello all, I have my monuments and unique buildings spread out throughout my 180k resident city, would it be better to localize them into a tourist area, with maybe the airport and a passenger rail terminal in the center?  The object being to increase the number of tourists in my city.  Also, i have an airport and passenger rail setup, but im not turning any profits from either, any suggestions? Thanks!!!

Most people consider tourism to be more or less broken right now. No matter what you do you won't get more than a few hundred tourists in your city and you'll never turn a profit from tourist income. Hopefully they will fix it.
