Dear Citizen,

As a new resident to our community I wish to welcome you to our peaceful town of Crosspoint Bay. Crosspoint Bay Shire has little more that 2000 residents and you will find many of them friendly and helpful. To the visitor Crosspoint Bay is a sleepy farming community but to locals Crosspoint Bay is the bustling center of a large shire. Please feel free to reply and ask any questions about the community. Also, please find attatched the latest version of the Crosspoint Tribune, The local newspaper and a postcard to send to your friends.

    Dear Mayor,

I and a number of my associates wish to inform you and the shire council that due to the development of a new InGen project we have chosen to sell off the Crosspoint Bay docking facility. The development of the Jurassic Park project off the coast of New Rhodenesia has suceeded beyond expectations and the InGen corporation no longer requires the financial support provided by the recently completed port in Crosspoint Bay.

The property will be sold off at the end of this month in an auction at the InGen headquarters in San Diego. A number of parties have expressed interest and more interested parties are expected to come forward as the news of the sale is made public. I and my associates will hold a press conference in San Diego this Friday. If you have any concerns please contact me before this press conference.

    Thank You,

    John Hammond,
    CEO

P.S. - Please find attatched an aerial veiw of the new port facility.

Very nice introduction. I'm looking forward to seeing some close-up shots of the town. Your newspaper looks very nice (I like the shaded fold at the bottom). Again, nice job.

    P.S. I like your avatar3.gif.

There is unfortunate news for this CJ. After returning from Europe after a few weeks holiday I came home to find two burn't out ethernet cables and a sector of corrupted data on one of my hard drives from a two day long thunderstorm. It just happened to be the harddrive housing the savedata for this CJ which was corrupted. Luckily I had backed up my 700Mb of Plugins before I went away. Unfortunately the city is unrecoverable and I won't be contniuing this CJ. However, I have already started work on a new CJ (which is being backed up regularly!). I will be adding the link to my new CJ shortly.

Like the newspaper stories and the pic with the farms looked great. Sorry you lost the city, but I'll look forward to your new one.
