Kinda new here so be gentle hahaha.

 

So anyway  if 2  buildings etc require the same dependency, do I need to load that dependency again or is once enough.

Hi

 

With a dependency, you only need to install one instance in your plugins folder. Once loaded, prop / texture packs are shared globally amongst all plugins (they're like a library). For example, if you have 5 buildings which require "prop pack XYZ", just a single copy of this dependency would be needed for all 5 buildings to show the "XYZ" props. There's no benefit in having the same file installed more than once.

This also explains why dependencies exist in the first place: because they allow resource sharing and can reduce enormous redundancy if they're used well.
