3 newbie questions

1. i recently downloaded a bunch of buildings, but now i want to get them out of the game completely, i tried sending all od the building files to the recycle binm but they are still there how do i get rid of them?

2. i notice that some fo you guys have cul de sacs, different water graphics and such, i was wonering is there an add on or something i need to downloads to get this?

 

3. i cant figure out how to download maps..just a grey image of the map shows up and it says right click and save as..but it doesnt say 'save as'.

 

sorry if these are stupid questions but im computer illitrate. Your help is much appreciated!

A: cul-de-sacs....there in the NAM transit mod try the home page in the centre...(just scroll down) for the latest version(though i think they call it a round-about ,UK thing)

 

there are some other cul-desac mods floating about on the STEX...never used any of them...so i can't personelly recomend them

 

water colours...or water textures....theres quite a few different mods for them, all sorts of shades (again check the STEX)....use only 1 at a time or they mess up

 

 

you use the jpeg and the config map to render the map

1.  Sometimes there up to 3 files with a download, maybe you didn't delete all of them.

 

3.  To download the grayscale, click the download map, then click the download map again, on the second window with the grayscale hover the cursor over the image and in the upper left corner click on the floppy to get the popup to save.

 

EDIT:  you need the Rush Hour, or Deluxe versions to use most of the downloads on the STEX.
