Which one is the best three way interchange with RHW for large traffic? Also is it possible to make Y-three way stacked interchange (like the picture below) with RHW with three roads at 120 degree (i.e, one two diagonal and one horizontal/vertical) with each other ?

Well, the NAM team have included such an interchange pre-fabricated with avenues. It does not handle huge amounts of traffic, but you can use transitions to connect it to RHW. Otherwise, your best option is to build your own T-intersection in RHW; the angles are different, but there are a few elegant solutions available.

Real Highway has WAY too many bugs with it's overpass system to attempt anything complex. ( NAM version 32 )

 You can do T and Y interchanges, HOWEVER it is next to impossible to make it compact, and difficult to make it look good.

 

The Maxis interchanges are the most compacted you can get, unfortunately .

 

Edit: The star you posted is physically imposable with that limited space.
