I recently cleaned out my plugins folder for a fresh start and I thought I hadn't deleted this mod but I guess I did. It had staritng funds on easy at about 1,000,000 and tax income was increased. I would love it if anybody knows where this mod is or what its called. I know its the one Haljackey used in his lets play but he doesn't know what its called either. Thanks!

Well, that's why it's recommandable to structure your plugins folder well: you actually find stuff. A good system with categories and descriptive folder names helps A LOT.

Since this advice apparently comes too late to solve your current problem, the best you can do is what some people call a "binary" search: Temporarily remove half of the stuff in your plugins folder, start the game, and see if the problem is solved. If it is, you know the mod is somewhere among the stuff you sorted out. If the problem persists, repeat the process... it's tedious, but it works.

With a bit of luck, however, you should have at least SOME sub-folders that you can rule out right from the start. For example, if you use any BSC creations, you may have some BSC-related folders. The mod will probably not be in there. The same applies to the Network Addon Mod. It won't have installed into the PEGPROD folder for Pegasus's stuff, either... this means you probably can eliminate some possibilities before you even start your search and narrow down your problem at least somewhat.

Ok, since I previously stated I recently cleaned out my plugins there is barely anything in it. I can quickly scan through and see everything because there is just about nothing in it. I just accidentally deleted it even though I meant not to. I'm just asking if you know where on simtropolis or any other website I can find it.

Do you save all your zipped files in a downloads folder? Pretty much everything you'll download for SC4 comes in a zipped folder, so I generally tell all my downloads to go to my Downloads folder, and then I open up the file and extract the contents to my plugins folder or run the installer. You could try looking through there to see if you can find the mod.

Otherwise, if you absolutely cannot find this money mod, don't worry about it. Download the Extra Cheats DLL and it will give you this one money cheat called Moolah. Open up the cheat console by pressing Ctrl-X, then type in Moolah, space, and then a number. Your money amount in your city's treasury will be set to the number you type in, so if you type "Moolah 1000000," you will end up with $1,000,000 in your treasury. I often use this when I start my cities to build RHW, so I tend to think of it as an FHWA grant, since I set the money back to $500K when I start developing my city.

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.

Argh. *facepalm* Apparently the day I first answered my reading skills went on holiday. I thought you had wanted to delete a mod, but somehow it was still in effect, when you were actually looking for a mod you once had, but can no longer find. Jeez, that's embarassing. :lost:

Since I don't use such mods, unfortunately I won't be much help locating it. However, you can maximise the odds of STEX-savvy people seeing your post and helping you if you post in the in the STEX sub-forum. You'll usually find some very helpful members there.
