Mixed use zoning module

I would like to really get deep into SC4 and make a mixed use zoning mod. But how can I do this? Is it too deep in the game?

Actually, I don't think it's possible. I beleive the zones are hard-coded into the exe, wich means that to create more zones you'd first have to obtain the source code, wich is highly unlikely that anyone will.

the .exe application is just a bunch of compiled code. that original code is called source code. it's the source of the application code

There is a long thread in the forum depending new types of zones. If it interests anybody, he/she should search for it and read it.
