Ok, any one who can help me out with this train thing? I tried to change my train mod but still the same result, there are always two coaches which are colored black and yellow. Thanks.

Looks like you should remove your train reskin mod.  Examine your plugins and see if you have more than one.

I am guessing you're running hardware mode?

Try making a folder that loads after the z___NAM folder (like "z___Rivit") and put the mod in there. That might patch the problem until you can find the conflicting file.

Also, that looks like one of Vester's train mods. You might want to ask him on his support thread over at SC4Devotion to see what he thinks. It may be a faulty X-car no one's reported yet, or something else. He's run into a lot of stuff like this over the years, so it couldn't hurt to ask and let him know what you've done so far.

If you've got a multi core computer, you might also want to make sure SC4 runs on one core and has a high priority.

Yes to the first and no to the second.  High priority doesn't matter unless you are running other apps.

Usually people run other programs while playing SC4; for example, I have iTunes open pretty much whenever I'm on my computer and listen to my own music in SC4.

The amount of processor used by something like iTunes hardly matters.  Don't you have more than one core?  Fooling with the priority unless you really need to just messes up the scheduler with extra overhead.

My CPU has two cores with hyper-threading, so maybe it doesn't matter. I wonder how much of a difference the CPU priority parameter makes to the performance.

If you are willing to do so, make a controlled test:

Run the game for 15 minutes with and without and compare results.  Be sure to not save after the first test.

Well, I tried removing the -CPUPriority:high parameter in my target command line and I don't think it made much of a difference. I started a new city tile last night with lots of farms and it wasn't noticeably slower. But I'll try what you suggested above, though.

Unless you know quite a lot about the operation of the system dispatcher (scheduler in the operating system) fooling with priority is really a waste of time.  The only time you might want to do that is if you were running a server like Apache that needs processor when it needs it right now.  SC4 generally lives on timer-run-outs so it is always in the scheduler queue ready to run when it doesn't have the processor.  This means that at the most it might miss one time slice once in a while.
