Help to Locate this building after system and plugin crashes

After numerous system crashes, I am looking to rebuild my plugins, I got back 1.6GB so far. But this building here is crucial to my Low Income Housing projects areas of my Gotham project that has been over 4 years in the making.

 

Does anyone know where i may have originally may have gotten this Apartment/Project Block building from many years ago and the possible name of this file. It acts as park and has no residential values in the game as it is plopable. My plugins have been corrupted after multiple OS and system changes from XP, VISTA, 7, and 8., I think this was downloaded sometime between 2006 and 2010.

No idea, however it *may* be possible to retrieve the building/lot name from the city save file itself, using either ilives reader or my sc4reader if there's an exemplar in the city file.

It seems to be a heavily modded Bunker Towers, likely in the Lot Editor: http://www.wiki.sc4devotion.com/index.php?title=Bunker_Towers

 

Sorry I can't give you the actual file but it looks like a lot rather than a BAT.
