Cool video... although I don't really "trust" it, if you know what I mean.  ;)

Even such a propaganda video for tourist purposes still smells of the reality behind it. Then again, Pyongyang is the best place to live in that country. At least people there get food.

I kind of think of Pyongyang like I think about the "capital" of Panem in Hunger Games. (except the capital of Panem is a bit nicer)

"Hunger Games" is quite fitting after all.

What good would it bring if a man gains the whole world but loses his soul the one he loves?

I don't think that's a propaganda video. It was made by Rob Whitworth, a famous filmmaker, you can see his beautiful works here but of course I agree that this video does not fully represent the whole country ^^

Anyway I like way they built and planned out the streets and buildings. They were very neatly organized :D

Well, it was done together with the NK Tourist Authority. Not all propaganda has to be blunt. The subtle kind works much better.

To be honest after some research, Pyongyang is really a good city and whatever we have seen in the video is quite real. Propaganda or not, it is just funny that our negative connotations of North Korea overshadows the aesthetic beauty its capital has to offer. Although if they have the same info as  this video by Netherlands, I would have been more amazed.
