I have absolutely no clue what to put in between the 6 lane road on both sides and by the 3 lane one way. I don't want to put zones there and I don't want just all trees. Any Suggestions?

Look around for different flora.  You might have to compose some park lots with various things in them.  Water sometimes works as well.

Nonny is right, you can add parks but if you ask me, I'll make that a commercial strip. :P

TBH, I'd avoid such a block size in the first place. Too much tarmac on too small a surface. (An avenue with streets directly to both sides of it may be an exception.) A 1 tile wide gap between two one-way roads in opposite directions can be used to make a nice boulevard (there are some useful avenue divider or plaza lots for doung so).

If you do keep it, commercial (low to medium density) seems to be the most realistic alternative, and ultimately, what's realistic often looks good to the human eye because it is something we recognise and automatically expect to see.

Well, so much for my two cents. ;)
