Parks and plazas

Hey it's been a minute since I've been on but here I am. I moved to another city got new job etc. any who I downloaded NAM32. Seems it work fine but since it's downloaded my parks and plazas are not looking right. They are missing stuff or just a green area will plop down. No sims, no barking dogs, no kites blowing in the breeze. So did I screw something up or is there an easy fix to this?

First of all, go to your game's graphic options and check City Detail is set to medium or high. Maybe the NAM reset this to default upon installation.

Thx Cyclone Boom. That was it. I didn't even realize installing NAM would do that!!!!

Actually, when you install the EP1 patch (v1.1.638)--which is required to use the NAM--the city detail gets reset to Low for some reason. Turning it up to high will restore all the props and stuff. It doesn't impact your performance as much as enabling shadows does.
