Unlimited Utilities

A few months ago (I never played SC4 nor SC2013 for a few months), I saw (and downloaded) an unlimited electricity and an unlimited water supply lot.  It was 1x1 and produced 99999 electricity or water.  I looked up this mod on the STEX and BSCX and never found anything.  Where did it go?

I cannot find what you are looking for either, but it is easy to get unlimited water by simply altering one thing in ILive's Reader (if you have that downloaded).

You can also use the extracheats.dll plugin. It allows you to disable the need for things like water and power and is probably much easier to use than the ilive reader, especially if you don't know what your doing (like myself). However, with the extracheats plugin I believe you must turn off the need for services every time you load the city (but I could be wrong about that).

 

There are also a lot of plugins that do similar things, just search for water and power and you will find a ton. However I prever extracheats because you can also do things like view all plopables and give yourself 999999999 money.

The problem with howdryIam and fightthepower is that they really mess up some things in the city.  For high capacity power and water (these lots need each other) try my rather old but good lots:

 

 

As a bonus, the power plant also eats large gulps of pollution.  If you set the clean air ordinance you won't have much at all.

 

If you look closely into the accelerator ring you can see the fizz.  However, do not look again into the laser beam with your remaining eye.
