It's a logical change. It happens all the time. We should be happy there isn't a new game out for Simcity yet, then the prices would drop even more and our suffering would feel even worse. At least, those who do suffer. I'm fine with what I've bought, and got NFS MW to for free so.

Could be worse.  Was on the ol' XBox 360 the other day.  A certain game had a total of $120 in DLC that had come out over the past year.  Now it's all available in a package for $49.99

 

Oh, and the phone I bought a few months ago has dropped $100 in price.  Hooray capitalism!

That's why you should wait to buy things you want (mainly technology) the price will always go down.
