why i have low population and i'm medium density why?

It's just how the game is if you have low density, you tend to have a higher population. But if you have medium and high density, you tend to have a lower population.

Sorry had to stop quoting. It would get too messy and weird.

 

But no I sincerely think that it was done that way intentionally as to create a "realistic" feel, if you will.
