I was wondering if it was possible to change the green track checker to a locomotive engine or a pickup truck like they are here at home in Michigan?

There are two track checker replacements I am aware of, one by a Japanese BATter named "uki" and another by Swamper77.  Search their mods on the STEX and the LEX and you should find them.  I don't think either of them are pickup trucks though.

If you have the appropriate model, you could probably piggyback your files onto Uki's mod (which is actually a rather nice yellow one) by replacing his model with yours in the reader. I'm not sure how to do this exactly, especially since I've been looking to do something similar but with switchers/shunters instead. Mainly I wanted to do it with steam engines, though, and I just haven't been able to figure out the models, but if you take one from a different add on pack and copy it over, it might work.

the worst  thing about loving this game is not having any computer skills at all they evolved while i was all ready in the work force and the skills were not needed in auto repair. now i want to play a simple relaxing game and need a degree in writing code. I feel behind the curve much of the time because i have know idea what you just said. but thanks
