Nah its not a easy game at all :(

OK, I am trying to get smooth round curved roads and I have installed NAM.

But while playing the game I really can't make curved roads as per my desire.

I have this option only for curved roads (see below image)... Is this the option that we get or my NAM is different that yours?

4.JPG

The name of the curved road is TLA-3S.

Also see the NAM road and the default Maxis road... The pattern and width of NAM road is different than Maxis road.

Please help.

This is really making me go crazy :E

You're using a different family of curves intended for a different family of networks; you might have the Wide Radius Curves plugin uninstalled if you're not seeing an orange Curves button.

I believe that menu comes with NAM 32-pr1 which is a beta.  Are you sure you wouldn't rather use NAM 31.2 which is the stable release rather than a test version?

OK... So I have to use the NAM 31.2

The pre-release makes no significant changes to curves, so whatever applies to 31.2 still works with 32-pr1. Because you're using the pre-release, it's actually easier to identify what's installed by just staring at the menu because the buttons are so much easier to read. If the curves is all you're ever using from the pre-release, downgrading back down to 31.2 is therefore an unnecessary step.

Either way, if you're not seeing a button that says this, you'll have to rerun the installer and locate the option for wide radius curves and select it.

    Yup...

I re-installed NAM 32 beta ver and now I can see that orange curve button.

But I want a curve like this image... See the one ticked... How can I have that much curve?

I am only getting the 1st curve type...

Infact I can't even make like the 2nd curve.

The tab key on your keyboard is what you're looking for ;) With the tab-key you can cycle through all the curves. (That menu item is for more than one type of curve, to save space in the menus.)

Press TAB to cycle through all of the pieces; in fact, the tooltip in my picture even says it.

The other alternative is to just draw out the entire curve...

Have fun.  The Real Railway option is in first (beta) release.  Not sure what's there.
