Hey guys, i'm back from my long, long hiatus of not playing simcity 4 and i think i need a refrecher on the major components of the game. I have the NAM (i know that the traffic system is just terrible).

Person #1: I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER .......... A COMMERCIAL BREAK! Person #2: NO, YOU GET A BAD SITCOM! Person #1: I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER .......... A BAD SITCOM! Person #2: NO, YOU GET A COMMERCIAL BREAK! The narrator: you never get what you want.

Make sure you have NAM 31.2.  Other than that, all else is personal taste.

After NAM, get all the 'fix mods' that address some bugs like IHT missing jobs, opera house and private school bugs.
