I agree with the problems but a lot of the proposed solutions seem unlikely to come to fruition if I am honest.

I don't know if the plan is to introduce subways later in the piece but having played around with tunnels on some maps I can see why they were put in the too hard basket!

Personally, with Maglev, I'm not sure I see the attraction of subways anymore? Now you have several transport options that don't compete for roads. And certainly, lots of tunnelling can definitely become tricky (as indeed it is in real life!).

For me, I'm really enjoying this game. If anything, I'd say that CoT has made it too easy. All my cities end up making 25-50k an hour before specialisations.

I couldn't agree more with cjuk88, I like the game but it is so so easy financial speaking, you make a lot of money and you even don't realized that, it's almost magic.

I have stopped trying to build large high-population cities.  It's a lot easier to work with low density roads and population.

Honestly, though - if they can't give us larger cities, they need to work better with the space they give us.

Probably it's the best way to enjoy this game, small cities and a lot of micromanagement.

With this size map I think is the best approach, big cities is a bit frustrating objective, instead of be fighting with more real urban planning problems you need to fight with map size and how to fit all building on it.
