Issue with TSCT Tool! (nam simulator)

I'm having a pretty large issue with my TSCT tool. I was expirementing with some values, however they weren't great for my suburbs (aka, let's all leave unless you give us a bus stop RIGHT next to us). So I went back into TSCT to change it.

Sure enough, even after constant restarting of the computer, I got an error that "Sim City 4 is still open, can not save". And this is happening over, and over, and over.

What should I do? I just want to return my values back to basically normal (normal medium, improved), but I don't want to accidently delete anything. Please help.

It refuses to load when I use it as an administrator. Is there an intern fix in which I can return the values back to normal for the time being? Like either being sent a document or finding that file?

In your NAM folder in your Plugins, there should be two files called NetworkAddonMod_Traffic_Pugin... and NetworkAddonMod_Volume_Data_View... (those are just the beginnings of the file names).

You can manually edit the files in the Reader, but it's not nearly as fast or easy as with the nice interface of the TSC Tool.  If you give me an email address (in a PM of course), I can send the adjusted files you want.  You would simply replace the files in bold above.

The TSCT also conveniently lists all the properties that are safe to modify.  If you modify other properties in the Reader, you can easily mess up your traffic simulation; I wouldn't recommend it.  The traffic simulator is quite complex, and many properties are dependent on other properties in ways that are not at all obvious; changing certain properties not listed in the TSCT can have unforeseen consequences as well.
