Plugins folder - missing mods issue

Hi, maybe it could have been already solved in the past, but I can't find so much information about this problem... I was having some crash to desktop issues due to some pluging I messed up with (as usual!), Just moved the plugins away from the folder and played with the "splitted plugin folders" method. I got the responsible plugins and eventually solved the problem, moved all the plugins back inside the proper folder, but now I notice some of the lots show missing textures and models, although animations like water fountains are perfectly working, and I suppose they should be still in place, but now they look rather "invisible" than missing...

As a first step, check that "City Detail" in your graphics options is set to medium or high. Maybe it was reset somehow. Though I'm not sure why moving plugins out would trigger this.
