Banned for and because for several reasons which shall now henceforth proceed to be described in full detail insoasmuch providing full transparency as to the reason for the aforementioned ban and that it is vitally important to ensure that full disclosure is given as to the reasons pertaining to any such ban hereundergiven to the bannee (the person receiving the ban) and by the bannor (the person giving the ban) notwithstanding any mitigating factors which may preclude the ban being given however let it be noted that in the unlikely event of the ban being mitigated for reasons that may preclude the giving of the ban it shall now be herewith applied in full force without delay or further preamble and that having now being firmly established with all relevant factors considered the ban shall now be enforced to the bannee by the bannor and the ban will take effect immediately and without further delay or discussion the reasons now hereforeunder being described are that the bannee is known to frequent forum game threads that have no real purpose except to use up valuable resources of the host site Simtropolis (here in after refered to as ST) contributing to bandwidth overhead costs space on the forum index list wherein the aforementioned games have nothing to do with the core function of the site (ST) which is something to do with simulating the building of cities on computing devices which also take up a lot of time but is far more productive than posting in forum game threads.
