Road over Rail tracks

I must not have the right MOD because I can not build road bridges over railway tracks. I have SimCity Deluxe. I have the mod that makes the roads and railroads run  at the proper slopes, when this happens many times the railroads will be lower than the flat terrain above. I would like to build roads over the railroads but cannot figure out how to do this. Is there any MOD out there that can help?

You need the NAM (Network Add-on Mod).

...and you need to use the ploppable Road Viaduct pieces that come with it.  They're in the roads menu.

NAM fixes anything on the transportation menu   Atleast it does for me

And it includes underpasses as well (FLUPs).  It is usually nicer to make underpasses for roads crossing rail tracks.

 

For any of this, of course, you have to have version 1,1,638 as a minimum.

I have NAM 31.2

I don't want to actually create an underpass in the normal sense of word. What I have is a railroad that I brought up from a lower level. When the railroad got to the top of the hill it was below the ground level of the area. The railroad had created a valley.  At this point I would like to put a bridge over the railroad and the valley it created. I cannot seem to find anything that will do this. I would appreciate any help that I can get.
