underwater road and houses

Just started a new city and after making a road a certain way, it went under water... then I zoned and now I have the road + traffic + houses underwater:

 

 

Then I built a park at the lowest level and a few more zoned houses.... got my own Water park!!

Using the BoC mod, you could probably create a cool underwater city...outside of the border, at least.
