Well, hello again,

Here's a reminder to all UK Simtropolis members that clocks are going back one hour tonight at 2am.

Hehe... for all you NSW, Vic, Tas, and SA residents in Australia, hope you put your clocks forward!

Don't forget to change your mobile phone and car clocks also (some people forget)

Ahh, yes. I'll do this, tomorrow. After all, I'll find time to do it, because, tomorrow IS one hour longer....

SC4, Forevermore!

Currently preoccupied with architecture school...lurking with caution.

“The American city should be a collection of communities where every member has a right to belong. It should be a place where every man feels safe on his streets and in the house of his friends. It should be a place where each individual's dignity and self-respect is strengthened by the respect and affection of his neighbors. It should be a place where each of us can find the satisfaction and warmth which comes from being a member of the community of man. This is what man sought at the dawn of civilization. It is what we seek today.”

Yes we do this in the U.S. as well, at least most of us do.  Arizona doesn't and most of Indiana doesn't.  I'm not sure if there is any others that don't.  I wish we didn't, it can be a pain.

I'm going to remember this year, thanks for the heads up.

When we set the clocks forward in the spring, my boss forgot and showed up to work an hour late...would have been alot funnier if I hadn't been waiting in the rain for an hour.
I'm betting she'll be an hour early tommorow. Hopfully she'll figure it out before placing the why aren't you here ! phonecall.
I could have warned her about it on friday, it's true, but how would that be funny?

While you are changing your clocks, it's a good time to change the battery in your smoke detector.   That way, it gets changed once a year.

We can inspire others through witness so that one grows together in communicating. But the worst thing of all is religious proselytism, which paralyzes: “I am talking with you in order to persuade you.” No. Each person dialogues, starting with his and her own identity. The church grows by attraction, not proselytizing.    - Pope Francis

Well, there is such a thing as a carbon monoxide detector.  If you have one of those and it uses a battery, change it too.

I think you mean Carbon Monoxide. I have one, we need one in the house because my mom is a day care provider and needs to be alerted if there are any carbon monoxide gases within the house (required by day care rules).

Anyway, we already checked the smoke detectors, and the clocks will be changed tomorrow!

1+ hour of sleep = HEAVEN!! 44.gif18.gif
