Commuting Students

I don't know whats wrong or is it possible. But there are no commuting students in my city to another city that I made. I have plopped in bus stops in the city (School Bus) but as I see it, there are no students enrolled. I don't know whats wrong or something I didn't do. A help would be great.

I noticed that also. This worked until the 3.0 patch: • School Buses: Fix for issue where school buses were getting stuck at neighbor's city or arcology.

 

 This is when it quit working - after the fix. But hey, they don't get stuck anymore.

Region play for education has been broke from the beginning. So it's nothing you've done wrong. It'll always say "0" from region until a fix is made I guess.

I never saw regional student stats prior at all. In fact I brought up in another thread topic. Maybe I'm mistaken, but I don't think so.

I think I recall number of commuting students and a minus sign if more than your city has enrolled. I do recall educating three cities off one and getting three level on each one  -  to a point. It now shows cities in region view and gives numbers on students going to your city, but they don't show up, but I am getting a minus number under enrolled. Or, it says its working but isn't. Bet it's fixed by patch 8.0

Oh yes, I do see that students are commuting from other cities too, but they never show up. If they did, oh man that would be awesome!! Kind of why I keep holding off on a education city.
