HELP THIS MOD IS NOT WORKING

I wanted to install the mod a bag of trixs or what ever it called the one with the debug menu and the offline mode and so on but when I put it in my simcitydata folder i tried to open a city but I got the loading screen but it the part that shows what is loading was blank how can I fix this?

I don't think that mod is compatible with SimCity's latest version.

 

This mod already enables the debug mode 

and is working with this version, bag of trix isn't at least on mine.
