Let's try to answer serious questions in a like manner - seriously. Making 'cutesy' statements without responding to the question may only serve to alienate the one asking the question. Thanks...

The Electronics HQ is a building that doesn't make any profit by itself. It's used to upgrade your electronics production industry once you reach certain profit levels. It's kind of like the town/city hall, but instead of unlocking new things when you reach a certain population, the Electronics HQ unlocks new things when you make enough daily profit from selling electronics onto the global market.

The processor factory will only produce processors when it's stocked with alloy and plastics. The processor factory truck only takes processors from your factory to a trade depot or trade port. For this to happen, you have to have at least one processor dock in your trade depot or trade port to accept the deliveries and you must have a minimum of 500 processors waiting in your factory. From your trade depot/port the processors are sold to the global market (make sure you have processors set to export). The money you make from this will be added to the profit bar on your Electronics HQ.

When you click on the trade button in the specialisation menu, you can see all the different trade-related vehicles in your city (just like when you click on the police button in the build menu and you see your police vehicles). You should be able to see your processor delivery truck driving from the processor factory to the trade depot/port from time to time. You'll know it's doing its job when you notice processors piling up in your trade depot/port.

Once you're making enough money from exporting processors you'll be able to upgrade your Electronics HQ by adding a Consumer Electronics Division. Placing this add-on will allow you to build the consumer electronics factory, where you can start producing TVs and computers. Make sure you set your processors to be kept for local use by your trade depot/port as you will need them for your consumer electronics factory. To make TVs and computers you will need processors, plastics and alloy available to your factory (you can import what you need by placing the appropriate dock in your trade depot/port and setting it to import the materials).

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need me to clarify anything.

The recycling center can collect recyclables and turn them into:

Alloys,

Plastic,

Metal

(or all three).

The Recycling center has it's own delivery trucks (ones with the limit of 4) that will ship the Alloys, Plastic or Metal to desired destination.

The Processor Factory requires Alloys and Plastic to create Processors. It also has it's own delivery trucks that will ship the processors to the nearest Trade Port or Trade Depot that accepts them. if you tick "accept local deliveries" for alloys and plastic, trucks from the Recycling center will ship those to this factory.

Then you need a Trade Depot onto which you must add a "Processor" storage and set this one to "export". It also has its own delivery trucks which will ship the Processors to the Global market.

Finally, you need an Electronics HQ. Sell enough Processors in one day (it has a bar checking how much $imoleons you earn from Processor exports in a day) and you can unlock the "Consumer electronics" upgrade for the Electronics HQ. Now you can build a TV factory.

To sum it up:

You need a Recycling Center producing Alloys and Plastic.

You need a Processor Factory that "accepts local deliveries" for Alloys and Plastic.

If you don't have a Recycling Center, you need to have the Processor Factory set to "accept global deliveries" for both Alloys and Plastic.

You need an Electronics HQ.

You will need at least two more Processor Factories to get electronics profits up to the level you can unlock the Consumer electronics division at the HQ.

To make it really work you will need a Trade Port that can import Plastic and Alloys and export Processors (and later TVs). To unlock the Trade Port with necessary storage spaces you will need a Trade HQ with an Trade HQ Electronics Division. Luckily, you can unlock this at the same time as you unlock the TV factory, because it requires the same level of trade profits to unlock. Until you get to the Trade Port which can ship in and out via Rail or Ship, your imports and exports will depend on your city traffic, which is sometimes terrible.

Nice rundown. Way clearer than my long-winded explanation! I have noticed, though, that building the Electronics Division at the Trade HQ doesn't actually unlock alloy and plastics storage lots at the trade port. It's supposed to, but it doesn't actually work for me. I tend to have to satisfy the alloy and plastics storage lot prerequisites with other Trade HQ and Electronics HQ addons.

I've also noticed what I can only assume is a bug which stops imports and exports altogether, usually about 10 years in. It's happened to me on two separate occasions, both times my city was about 10 years old and I was at around 250 million total trade revenue. Traffic was fine, and I had rail and boat connections for my trade port too. The global delievery & pickup boats, trains and trucks just disappeared from the region entirely.
