Keep searching.  We haven't gotten there yet.  This city is within a 1,500-mile radius of Montevideo, Uruguay.  In other words, search in central and southern Brazil.

    Bloemfontein Facts
Bleomfontein is a city in central South Africa and is one of that country's three capitals, being the seat of the judiciary (Pretoria is the executive capital, Cape Town the legislative).  Bloemfontein, whose name means fountain of flowers in Afrikaans, is also the capital of Free State, one of South Africa's provinces.  Bloemfontein and its surrounds are home to around one million people; the city is a center of industry and bureaucracy.  In the Boer War, the British had a concentration camp here where they held Boer women.
