Bug When Zoning Parks ?

Hi all.

I have just been looking at the amount of employees each type of ploppable building in the game and I noticed something unusual with parks; firstly every type of park will employ W1=5, W2=2,W3=0 however if you got to the Population Panel, then into Details, then look at the Shoppers Panel you will see that when each park is placed a variable amount of Total Goods is added to this listing. Even if you demolish the park this amount stays the same and as more parks are added this amount goes up quite quickly.

My questions are: Does anyone know what this is ? Is it beneficial or damaging to game play, especially shoppers ? And what could be done to stop this happening if it is a bad thing ? Any help and advice would be much appreciated and thank you in advance.

Jim
