    Hello,
Today I've downloaded the BAT and, of course, Gmax (without problems). But when I wanted to start the BAT I got a message saying that I don't have th help file and then gmax opens a window where I must chose a "driver". So, firstly I don't know what to chose, secondly when I chose, for example, Open GL the BAT opens and I see this:
    gmaxerror.png

So, what is the problem ?
If someone could help me, thanks.

First of all, try going to your Gmax installation, usually "C:\Program Files (x86)\gmax\". Then check to see if there's a folder named 'help'.

If this folder doesn't exist, you must create a new one. If you don't have them, the Gmax help files can be downloaded from here (gmax12_help.exe). Run and extract these files to the 'help' folder.

Then open the BAT, and click Customize > Configure Paths, as shown in the image below:

The Configure Paths window will open. Check to make sure the 'Help' path correctly points to "C:\Program Files (x86)\gmax\help".
Also check to make sure the 'Heidi Drivers' path is correct. It's vital that these paths relate to your game's installation directory.

If this doesn't solve the problem, could you please post a screenshot of the error message?
