March 1st. Try reading the news section of the home page.

Normally their policy is to never, ever, have release dates. This version is an exception. It will be available for download on SC4Devotion's LEX, and I'm sure a link will be provided here on Simtropolis to another hosting that doesn't require registration (it's too big for STEX rules).

That and Mod DB: http://www.moddb.com...twork-addon-mod

Fun fact: the NAM was the #1 download on that site last week.

I've been in talks with the site staff about getting it hosted on Simtropolis. It can't go on the STEX the normal way like other downloads simply because it's filesize is larger than the upload limit. The next NAM will be monolythinc, and will far exceed this limit. Another way must be found...

Can it be broken into parts? There are a few mods on Moddb that exceed their upload limits(which are very large to begin with) and they are divided into part files.

That defeats the purpose of having a Monolithic NAM in the first place, plus, there's someone in the installer department working who has a solution for that...

No, it would still be one file once you combined the .part files, ... never mind, ... I can hear the users screaming now. "waa!, how do i join .part files!"

Glad to hear you guys have it under control and are following the KISS rule, plus I can get it from moddb when you put it there.

Peace!

One download. The Project 57 RHW system is literally part of NAM 31 (though you'll have the option of whether or not to install it).
