This might be in the wrong category. Sorry if it is.

It said it could effect my game unpredicably. If you have done it, what can happen.

Or also, ifI try to download it and something bad happens, can I restore things but deleting the mod?

You mean , right? I have this mod and don't worry, nothing bad can happen. But if you encounter any problem, you can remove it.

"If you try to please everybody, you often times end up pleasing nobody, especially yourself. When somebody offers to do a favor for free, like making a mod for SimCity 4, you shouldn't be overly critical of something generously given to you. In other words, you shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth." - Twilight Sparkle after playing SimCity

"Being a mayor or a content creator for SimCity 4 is a heavy responsibility, Patrick. Each city and each custom content is like a child, and must be treated as such." - SpongeBob Squarepants after playing SimCity

The only thing that might happen is you having to replace all of your Maxis Night Models with Darknite models, which is perfectly normal.

P.S, if some Maxis Night Models are still there, they won't crash the game. ;)

Pineapples, what else do you want? :D

The Day and Nite Modd simply changes the visual appearance of cities in game. It doesn't alter the game simulation in any way. So in reality, it can be considered an eye candy mod. Removing it won't cause any problems to your existing cities — they will function just the same with or without it installed.

It's compatible with all default Maxis buildings, as well as special DarkNite BATs — buildings specially rendered for optimum appearance with the mod at night. These are recommended (have more realistic night lighting), but are not required for it to work.

OK, you're all more qualified than me, so I'll try it.

    Here I go.

    Wish me luck.
