BAT Download?

    I recently was messing with the Lot Editor, and I want to try the next level of making buildings; the BAT. The problem is that I can't find it anywhere.

    Does anyone have a link to download it that they are willing to share?

    Okay, I downloaded both programs and am now trying to install the SC4BAT, but it says Sim City 4 Deluxe is not installed. I tried placing it in my install directory but it didn't work...

    Any ideas?
