    Low calorie chocolate milk:

     

    In a 10 ounce glass

    add 1 tbsp cocoa (0 calories)

    1 tbsp sugar (54 calories)

    1 oz boiling water (0 calories)

    Stir briskly with a whip until dissolved into a nice suspension

    top up with milk (I use 2%) (about 150 calories)
