Just wondering if anyone knows the exemplar properties for the Large International Airport. I'm looking to assign the values to a custom lot in order to satisfy the demand without placing the Maxis lot.

Try making a copy of the International Airport in the lot editor and saving it to you plugins folder. Then copy the exemplar properties from that into the lot you want to create.
