Air vehicle mod?

I know there are blimps in air when you get a Major League stadium in your city,an hot air balloon when you get a State fair but all those "air vehicles" just stay for a while and when Im in driving mode and want to see them,I acctually lose them when I go off driving mode,and also I found a glitch or something where a guy is lifted in a chair with helium balloons,when does that happen?

Anyways,I want to know if there is any mod that makes you have those things,esspecially blimps when you want or a landing strip for special air vehicles like gliders,Banner planes,blimps,hot air balloons,very small aircraft and that?

P.S I know this seems like a silly question but is there really such a thing?

The Lawn Chair Larry is an Easter egg prop that is in some lots. The others are also props. I am not sure whether they just disappear or not. I can't stand UDI, so I always turn it off.

    I saw 7 blimps over my city today!I was so happy.I took a screenshot witch I will post soon.

    But does anyone know how to get the air force base?

    I have Deluxe and I saw the other threads abaut this,I downloaded mods for it but it doesent show up and I still dont get how do people get it.

    There is no original mod for it...

    As I recall you get the Air Force Base with the Maxis Transportation Fix. I've no idea who might have it now since their SC4 site died about five years ago.

    EDIT: Jason Leo and I seem to have posted at the same time.

    BTW, I found it on one of my archives. Pays to have backups.

    I thought at one point in one of my cities I was offered the Air Force base as a business deal. Maybe I was just dreaming, or had a senior moment. I'm not sure :uhm:
