I saw a few trailers,but what Ive noticed,on the trailers,you can zoom on the great work,but in the game you cant?Why is it soooo far from th camera?

While preparing for SC5,I wanted to try out the Crime glitch,where you zoom in and see a crime commitment,but whenever I go on the first day of the month,whenever I zoom in,there is nothing.But it really happened to me sometimes:Once I saw a criminal pushing an old lady on the Assault icon,then I saw two guys fighting on the Fighting icon.But the worst part is that they only last for a second! In one of the Easter eggs topics,I read abaut how people see this often and how they can ARREST the commiter? I dont konw how they can see it more often,and how they can arrest them?It turns out that it lasts longer! But the wierdest part is that I once saw two completly different police cars chasing down a robbery white van near A51! It last longer,but I forgot to take a screenshot! Can someone please explain this to me? Thank you.

Does anybody know does the detective car and CPV go to a certain crime scene?I mean like respond?And do theyhave police lights and sirens too?If thats correct then it would be cool. Thank you.

While I was preparing for SC5,I was trying to find the crime easter egg in SC4,but whenever I try to find it,no matter what speed,it doesent appear.I clicked on new crime area on full zoom at the first day of the month,but there is nothing!I just heard a shooting when there is an homicide,and a crime scene sometimes appears in the backyard of a house,but all the other crimes dont work!I tried to get out of the crime statics window and then click on the area,but nothing!Please explain how to do it. Thank you.

I tried to expand my city area near water with the expanding button but it doesent work. I really want to expand the area without any region mods. Please help!

In Simcity 4,you can bearly make an emergency every second,but I was wondering,How many emergencies accour in Huge cities in real life? In Emergencies similar to:Metro crash,car fire,building fire,bomb explosion,police chase,bank robbery etc. Example in New York:Accidents accour every day,but huge accidents like bomb threads,huge fires etc. accour once a year,but that is all in the Global Media(Witch displays big accidents) like CNN. I was wondering do accidents like police chses,fires,car fires in NYC happen every day?Or is it relative?

Ok,but just one last question:Do you achive it like area 51 or do you get it when you complete all requierments?

I saw 7 blimps over my city today!I was so happy.I took a screenshot witch I will post soon. But does anyone know how to get the air force base? I have Deluxe and I saw the other threads abaut this,I downloaded mods for it but it doesent show up and I still dont get how do people get it. There is no original mod for it... Please reply!

I know there are blimps in air when you get a Major League stadium in your city,an hot air balloon when you get a State fair but all those "air vehicles" just stay for a while and when Im in driving mode and want to see them,I acctually lose them when I go off driving mode,and also I found a glitch or something where a guy is lifted in a chair with helium balloons,when does that happen? Anyways,I want to know if there is any mod that makes you have those things,esspecially blimps when you want or a landing strip for special air vehicles like gliders,Banner planes,blimps,hot air balloons,very small aircraft and that? P.S I know this seems like a silly question but is there really such a thing?

The city doesent have 13.000.000,infact it is an region with 5 milion in simcity4 but Im going for 13.000.000,but for the city size it looks like it is 13. I will post some pictures soon

In Simcity4 I have a city with 13.000.000 people,big as half of Texas.It has many beaches,condos,Slyscreapers(abaut 10 skyscreapers) ,parks,colleges,waterparks and other amazing things.It is an "EKO" city becouse it has an fresh air,no pollution ,parks,plants etc.It also has a huge airport. I always wondered,in real life how many tourists a year would my city get and how many airports should my city have? I know this is a bit silly qouestion but I need your answer plz... It will also help me in the game... Thank You.
