hey guys can a city take in neighbor deals from more than 1 neighboring city? i have my main city exporting garbage to the smaller neighboring city in the north. i have another smaller city to the west which i want to have exporting garbage to that city as well, will it work?

Yes, you can have multiple deals to multiple cities. You can even cascade the deals, meaning City A can export to City B which in turn exports to City C...and so on.

Can I have a Power Plant in City C with power lines going through City B to power city A?

Not directly. C must sell to B and B must sell to A. This is complicated by the fact that the minimum deal is 1000 mw/h. I've done it but it is a long, complex process of building and destroying power plants.

Oh yeah I do it all the time. I will buy water from one city just to sell it to another same thing with garbage...
