STEX cleanup or report button

As I have been playing CXL a lot more lately and watching the STEX, I have noticed a LOT more buildings made for SC4 being placed under CXL portion. Looks like time for a cleanup, or at least a button that says "Report this" with an option for "mis-categorized".

If there is a problem with a STEX file, use the "Is this file broken?" button and send us a report. Just mention that it is in the wrong category and it'll be fixed within an hour or two.

ah gotcha... that little wording is a light grey on white background so it was really hard to see even with my good eyes... I will remember that in the future, thanks!!
