How can I transit enable lots for GLR, HRS, GHSR, RHW, NWM etc.? I use the SC4Tool for maxis-enabling, but how do I enable for these? Use the base network? (All except RHW?) or just another tool?

I've never tried anything like this, so I'm just speculating but; all these are just re-skins of the standard maxis network types (GLR=El-rail, HSR=monorail, RHW/NWM=roads or one-way roads), so I guess you use the base network yes.

And remember that the RHW actually uses the Dirt Road file (which doesn't show up in-game), so I guess you should use that when trying to TE RHW lots. I'm not sure how you would go about implementing it though.

TE-ing for override networks requires TEing it for the base network used (so elerail for GLR, road for road-based-NWM, one way for OWR-based-NWM, monorail for HSR) and assigning a custom path file to the tile. As for RHW, SC4TOOL currently doesn't have an option for it, so TE it for road and then use reader to change the network ID to that of RHW.

This page describes the LotConfigPropertyLotObject lines that need to be edited.

For networks derived from another "base" one, but feature a change in elevation as well (eg GLR from el.rail or GHSR from monorail) you also need to add a SC4Path reference as well (usually the one for the simple straight piece of the network), to overcome the difference in elevation; otherwise the game will use the SC4Path file for the base network and your automata will be jumping or diving.
