it works fine, you'll need the buildings listed in the description to make it work

and as for the buffalo hook and ladder that's a lost cause. if you read the reviews other's have brown boxes as well and i have just about every dependency out there plus every SC4 building that wasn't shipped. if i can't get it to show up, it's broken.
