it kicks me out of the game all together

can anyone tell me why when i try to play sc4 deluxe it kicks me out of the game it does not do it all the time.

no it is one that i had made.

one of my cities on sc4 deluxe is being weird it looks like its all water and you the name is still there aswell as the mayors name but it will not let you log into that city and that is the only city that is doing that.

i have downloaded the buffalo hook and ladder fire station but keep getting boxes what should i do.
